- Friday at Bush Memorial from 7-9 PM: Opening Address and Reception by Rhonda Y. Williams, Ph.D.
- Saturday at Bush Memorial from 9-10 AM: Welcome and Keynote by Rosemary Sadlier
- Saturday at Bush Memorial from 1-2 PM: Cultural Performance by Matie Massie featuring Vanessa Johnson
- Saturday at Rens. County Historical Society from 5:30-8PM: art exhibition and book signing with Mark Priest and Scott Christian
- Sunday from 10-12 and 12-2PM: Bus Tours of African American heritage Site throughout Troy (leaves from Rens. County Historic Society)
