SPORTS: Tough Week for Sage Gators

It was a pretty down-tempo week in the world of Sage Athletics.

On October 2, tennis dropped their first conference match to St. Joseph’s College, snapping their six-match winning streak.

Volleyball fell to Western New England College three games to none on September 29.

Soccer dropped two conference games last week, too. After losing to Mount Saint Mary College on  September 30, the Gator’s fell to Skyline rival Bard on October 3. On October 4, the Gators took to the field ready to play and ready for revenge; they persevered through injury and pain to earn a 1-1 in the non-conference battle. Rebecca Marszalek scored the Gator’s lone goal on an assist from freshman Rebecca Doble.
